Paully Lundeen
Paully began tattooing in 1990 and has since mastered multiple tattoo styles. He has worked in several shops across the United States, only to find himself back in his home town. He is now the mastermind and proprietor of White Bear Lake's premier tattoo shop, Black Phoenix Tattoo.
